Before you book

Anything else, call (555) 555-0123. Somebody at the desk will pick up between appointments.

Do I need an appointment?: Appointments are better if you want a particular stylist or a particular time. Walk-ins are welcome whenever a chair is open, and the barber side usually has room in the afternoon.
Why are the prices listed as a starting point?: Hair length, density and how much lifting the color needs all change the time in the chair. You get the exact number at the consultation, before anything starts.
How long does a first color appointment take?: Plan on two to three hours for balayage or a full foil, closer to ninety minutes for a root touch-up and gloss. We will tell you the window when you book.
What if I don't like it?: Come back within two weeks and we will adjust it. That is not a favor, it is part of the price.
